If you've got lights, then you probably have power, and the power supply is not the issue. I'd check the monitor by swapping it out with another one, just to insure that it's still working. If you can hear your hard drive spinning when your computer tries to boot, then its possible your hard drive got fried somehow. If you hear nothing, or maybe just hear a fan buzzing inside the PC, there's a good chance that your motherboard is shot. I've had this happen twice, due to static discharges or power outages. If the northbridge chip on the motherboard is gone, you're probably going to need a new motherboard (unless you know your way around a soldering iron).

If you are comfortable with it, disassemble your computer, and check the parts against other computers, i.e., check if the hard drive works by putting it inside another working computer. And by the same token, take a working hard drive, power supply, ect and put it in your non-working computer, and see if it boots.

If you've still got nothing, i'd bet on the motherboard, but if you want a second opinion, take it down to your local computer store, and have them run a check on it. Most places will only charge $50 or $60 bucks to run a hardware diagnostic to see what parts may or may not be working, and knowing for sure beats buying new parts which may or may not be damaged. Good luck!

My power led connector (green, white) power sw connector (black, white) got out of place and i dont where they go

The eMachines T3302 desktop computer, uses an FIC K8M-800M motherboard.
(First international Computer, Inc.)

Where those wires go on the motherboard, is termed a Front panel header.

The Front Panel is the plastic front bezel of your computer.
(Where the Power On button is, Power On LED light, and so on)

Looking at the motherboard with the Processor to the Top, Ram Memory slots to the Right, the Front Panel header is at the bottom right corner, and over to the left.

Look at the jumper block in the bottom right corner. Right in the corner.
This is the LED type selector, jumper block.
Has 6 pins.
3 across the Top, 3 across the Bottom.

(This jumper block is to set whether you are using a Power On LED light, that has Dual Colors, or a Single color.
The default setting of the jumper on the block, is set to use a Dual Color LED light, for the Power On LED)

Move to the left of this jumper block. The Front Panel header is to the left of this jumper block.

(FIC terms it a Front Panel Block Connector)

It should be White in color.
Is right against the bottom edge of the motherboard. (Parallel to the outside edge of the motherboard)

Has two rows of pins sticking up.
5 across the Top.
4 across the Bottom.

The pins are numbered from the Right, going towards the Left.

(From the Power On LED jumper block, towards the Front Panel header)

On the Top row going from Right, towards the Left,
Pins 1 ,3, 5, 7, and 9.

On the Bottom row going from the Right, towards the Left,
Pins 2, 4, 6, and 8.

A) Pins 1 and 3 are for the Power On LED light.
Pin 1 is for the Positive ( + ) wire.
(Green)

B) Pins 5 and 7 are for the Power On switch.
Pin 5 is for the Positive ( + ) wire.
(Black)

[Although it really doesn't matter which way the wires go. It's a SWITCH]

C) Pins 2 and 4 are for the HarDDrive activity LED.
Pin 2 is for the Positive wire ( + )

D) Pins 6 and 8 are for the Reset switch.
(IF used)

If any of your LED lights are dim, after attaching the Positive wire for each LED, it's because the Positive wire is on the wrong pin.
Switch the wires around

Both Lights flashing and fridge not getting cold

I turned the fridge and freezer off using the circular dials, I then turned the unit off at the mains. Left it for a few minutes and then turned the power back on. I then turned the circular dials to "max" and then depressed the super cool and super freeze buttons to turn this facility on. This time they came on normally (not flashing) and no alarm sounded. The fridge and freezer then started to get cold. Once the unit had been running for several hours I then turned the dials to the 3/4 mark and depressed the super cool and super freeze buttons again to turn them off. Over night the fridge and the freezer appear to be working properly so I hope that my problem is solved. Maybe the unit just needed to "settle" before being switched on?

This usually means something is wrong with the graphics scaler. You'll eventually have to send your xbox in to have it fixed, and I believe it is covered under a one year warrenty.
