Tv "LAMP" LED light indication flashes or light up?Yes,the tv projection lamp life is over.Replaced the tv projection lamp.

Please use XL-2200 replacement lamp in the TV.

Thats usually related to the convergence Ics and the 3.9 ohm resistors needing replacement.

Sounds like the lamp. Turn the TV off, unplug the TV from wall, wait for half hour. Remove the lamp and see, if it is fogy looking, this will give you an idea if the lamp is going bad.

Yes, lamp installation procedure is written in user manual of TV and click Sony Support to download user manual copy if required. Lamp replacement is simple process, take out old lamp and slid in new lamp.
Please buy Sony original lamp for TV safety.

Just in case you dont have the instruction manual for this model (which does cover the problem you outline). Download the Zip File from Epson and open the Folder "Manual" and then open the file "English". tryin unplugging t.v for an hour then plug it back in it worked for me i have the same t.v just the 47 inch
