Question about Dell 946 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Check whether the printer is turned on?
check whether the printer drivers are installed... and whether the printer is getting detected or not...
u can check by:
right click my computer--> properties-->hardware--> device manager
in device manager check whether there is any yellow exclamation mark or red x.... if u see anything like that... check whether it is something related to the printer... so we will have to update or re-install the drivers
if u dont see any... then while the device manager is opened... unplug the usb cable with which u connect the printer to the computer.... wait for few seconds and replug it... while unplugging or replugging check whether the device manager is getting refreshed or not... if it is getting refreshed then the computer is actually detecting it... if not it is not getting detected.. check with a different usb cable
Hope this will help u...
