Hey, Here I am. Press the reset button on the back of the router. The button is in a small hole in the back of the router. Unplug your modem and your router. Plug your modem back in and let it initialize. Plug in your router and let it initialize. Now log in to your router as per the directions and set up the router with whatever security measures you want to use. If you need further assistance feel free to ask. This should fix your problem though.
