Question about Dell Latitude D610 Notebook
It might be diasbled. try windows key + "x", if this doesn't work when you turn it on there, try going to network connections and enable the wireless. Go to control panel, select network and sharing, change adapter settings, you'd have something like wireless network connection, right click and click enable if its disabled.
