I had this happen one time with a laptop computer screen, the short answer is NO, you need to replace the screen, the juice has a high acid content and got into the circuitry at the bottom of the lcd screen and can't be dried out, as it ate the connections. sorry to have to tell you that, but like I said it happened to me. p.s. your home owners insurance ( if you have it) might cover cost of replacement, but many times the deductible is too high to make a claim worth while

Unlikely after trying to power it on several times since it happened, as the juice is a salt that corrodes (and shorts out) sensitive internals. However if you really want to try, go find some 99% isopropyl alcohol (it CAN be found at drug stores, but might take a couple of stops, not much is kept in stock). If you can't find it, 90% will do, just has to dry longer and more likely to get water spots.
Pull the batteries and/or any power to the device until this is all done. Dunk the DS in the alcohol (if it doesn't work, won't matter either way since it's dead). Let it soak a long while, turning if you see bubbles stop, until you get more bubbles from any seams/ports to stop coming out. After soaking awhile, take it out, drain/shake it out very well, then dunk it again. Repeat several times, the idea is for the alcohol to dissolve any juice residue and related salts and drain them out. After 5 or 6 repeats of this, shake it out as best as you can, and let dry for a day or two (or on the floorboard (not dashboard or direct sun, it can warp/melt) of your car in the sun). Or get an electronics "dry bag" (designed for this purpose) to help dehydrate/dry out the DS. I'd still wait at least 2 days for good drying, shaking periodically to move around any wet alcohol spots internally. Once you are sure it's dry, then reinstall power and try it out. If it worked, it'll work, if not, it'll probably be doing the same thing it was before. Or it might do something else, but still not work, as things may have changed from the juice internally.

you need to first take the phone and have it service and the screen replaced so take it to a mobile repair shop.

Toshiba L355D-S7815 - Spilled Juice - Short Circuit

Flip the lid open and flip the laptop (opened) and set it on a towel or something. It might take a week or a bit more to dry out. But you might be ok once it does dry out.

Although the best thing to do is to take it apart. And use a safe cleaner for circuit boards like alcohol (not wood alcohol).

Since you supplied power while it was wet. You could have have done permanent damage to the intergrated circuits. But let's hope not.

I suggest buying a hex wing screwdriver and taking your v3 apart and cleaning it. I had to do this with mine after i fell in a lake (don't ask!). Use a cotton bud and go over all of the contacts (don't use any cleaning fluid just rub it over). This worked for me and removes all of the residue but if you don't want to risk taking your phone apart then send it to Motorola for repairs or buy a new phone!

Hope this helps

MARKS ON SCREEN

there are two screens..the lenticular..and the fresnal...you can try to pull them apart(very fragile!) and clean them but you must be careful not leave any water or moister between them(blowdry or wipe completely dry after cleaning with damp cloth) do not rub too hard...just spray warm water on the rag and carefully wipe clean ...then dry. Putting the screens back together isn't too tricky but let me stress..these screens cannot be bent or they will break...pull them off with two people(one on each side)..also you will have to take the front cover off because the screens are literally clamped down to the front cover.....good luck...let me know if you need futher assistance..........mike

Winding the Bobbin

I have the same problem and was skeptical of the drop of oil solution but it worked. I had taken my baby lock ellure apart while investigating previously and found nothing else wrong. Tried a few drops of oil and after a moment it started winding noisily and then settled right in!! Working perfectly now!

Wheatgrass juicing problems

Hi, I have an Omega juicer, and I've never had this happen. I recommend that you double check to see if you have the right parts attached. It comes with two inserts, one with a small metal screen on the bottom, the other has no screen, it is solid. The solid one is for crushing and proccessing food. The one with the screen is used for juicing. Make sure you have the correct one installed. If that is not the problem, I think perhaps the grass is too dry? Maybe there isn't enough moisture in it to extract much. I really can't say, though. Try juicing something else, like carrots, and see if you can get some juice there. If all else fails, contact Omega at their website. They have terrific customer service. I've tested it already with a warranty replacement.
