Try this one:

1) Unplug machine.
2) Hold down menu key while plugging in machine.
3) Enter 99 while holding down menu key
4) After it says "PLease wait" hit the stop/exit button to get out of the maintenance mode
Hope that helps.....

A few possible solutions:

- Open the top of the printer and look along the print path for pieces of paper.
- Press the reset button.
- Turn off the printer first and then unplug it. Plug it back in and turn it on. Wait for it to start up.

Good luck!

Paper jam canon mx850. I cant find the paper.

The error indicates a black ink stick was jammed. You have to clear the ISC (ink stick count) error. Turn off the printer. Turn on the printer. As soon as you see XEROX start moving across the display hold down the back and help buttons until you see "beginning service mode" on the display. Release the buttons, it will now come up in the service mode. Scroll down to the function menu, hit ok, scoll to clear isc faault, hit ok. Hit the back button to get back to the first menu then exit diagnostics, hit ok when it asks if you want to restart in customer mode.
If you ever buy any Xerox ink and you get a cracked ink stick call Xerox cb_transparent_l.gifus.gifspace.gifspace.gifarrow.gifspace.gifspace.gifspace.gifspace.gifspace.gifspace.gifspace.gif800-835-6100cb_transparent_r.gif and they will replace it free of charge. Otherwise you risk this problem.
Hope this helps.

If you are using that specific printer. After clearing the paper jam clean the rollers of the printer with a cotton ball that is moist with water or a lint free cloth that is moist with water.
Reset your printer by following this steps
1. Press and hold Cancel (X) then press the power button and release both simultaneously
2. “Enter Key Combo” will display on the LCD
3. Press and release in sequence BLUE, GREEN and GRAY
4. Press BLUE button twice “reset menu” displays on LCD
5. Press GREEN button
6. Press BLUE button once “PARTIAL RESET” displays on LCD
7. Press BLUE button twice “SEMI-FULL RESET” displays on LCD
8. Then press GREEN button
9. Then device turns OFF.
10. Turn ON device.
Try to print afterwards. If you will still have the same problem and if you think that you are still in warranty then call this number 1-800-474-6836 this is the number for hp technical support.

2575 paper jam

This worked for me. If "Paper Jam" error message continues to appear after jam has been cleared, turn off power to printer. Navigate to Control Panel - Printers, right click on HP Photosmart 2570 series icon, click on Delete on drop down menu. This deletes printer from your system. Turn on power to printer. Printer will re-install (may need original installation disc, may not). "Paper Jam" error message should no longer appear.
