Question about HP LaserJet 3030 All-In-One Printer
I re-installed my fuser roller, but now the message I keep receiving is "door open or no print cartridge." Please help. Thanks
Remove and replace the side covers again. One of them (I think right) has a tab that pushes an interconnect lever that if not reinstalled correctly or carefully will cause this error.
Here's the HP Service manual to walk you through it again.
Hope this helps you.
