I would recommend that you take the battery out and the reinstall it. Try to power the handset up, if this is to no avail, then your power button is faulty and will need to be replaced. There are shops that specialize in cellular device repair, and they are significantly cheaper than filing an insurance claim on you device,or getting a new one.
