Question about Feather & Moor Facebook statuses your friends will like
If you yourself disabled your account, simply log back into Facebook and it will ask you if you'd like to resume your account's activity. This will simply reverse the disabled account.
If the account was disabled BY Facebook, or if you were blocked by Facebook, the only solution is to email their team questioning the action. They will usually respond with the reasons why it was disabled, and sometimes will re-enable your account.
Best of luck!

There are several ways that things can go wrong, and the Facebook team addresses all of them.
