Question about Dell Computers & Internet
Welcome to Fixya. C:\users\myname\appdata\local\KBDacapi.dll It seems that your system is infected with malware or kind a Virus.
Kbdsapi.dll is a Trojan/Backdoor. That may cause problems with the computer. You can do a full system scan on your computer usin an Anti-Virus program to get rid of it, do a System Restore or do a Clean OS installation because the registry of the computer is already damage. You can use the software provided below to see if you will be able to remove it and backup the files. Its a free trail Anti-Virus and Anti-Malware Program
Malware Bytes - For Malwares
Eset AntiVirus - For Virus
Just download it on your computer and do a scan. For Eset you need to register your email so that they can provide you with a download link. Make sure you select the right version for your computer if it is 32 or 64bit.
Some Trojan/Backdoor virus won't allow you to install AntiVirus or AntiMalware programs so the only solution is to do a Restore to the state that it is working.
After you backup the files you can do a Hardware Restore by pressing CTRL + F11 on the POST (the black screen when the system is starting up) Screen when you restart the computer or you can use a Recovery Disk if you have one.
If you have questions please let me know. Thanks for using Fixya.
