My Indesit 7105 has flashing H20 lights, have checked but no blockages. It fills and drains fine, It wont agitate though, any ideas?

The machine does not fill with water or 'H20' flashes in the display.
The water inlet hose is kinked. • The water inlet hose is not connected to the water supply. • The water pressure is too low. • The water tap has not been turned on to allow water to flow into the machine. • There is no water supply to the house. • The inlet valve filter is blocked. • The START/PAUSE button has not been pressed.

Faulty pressure switch machine thinks there is no water in the machine.

My Kenmore Elite HE3 keeps flashing F H

F/H error is normally a malfunctioning flow meter. A good indicator is substantially higher water levels than normal, provided the flow switch has tripped its first set of contacts.

Condition
No water detected entering machine or Pressure switch trip not detected.

If after 30 seconds the control does not detect water entering machine and then valves will be turned off and the error code will be displayed.

Or

If the control has turned the water valves on and after 8 minutes the flow meter has detected 10.5 gallons of water passing through it, but has not detected the pressure switch trip, the valves will be turned off and the error code will flash.

Check/Repair:

Press PAUSE/CANCEL twice to clear the display.

If there is no water in the unit:
1. Make sure that both valves at the water source(s) are turned on all the way.
2. Check for plugged or kinked inlet hoses or plugged screens in the inlet valves
3. Verify inlet valve operation

If there is water in the unit:
1. Verify Drain pump operation
2. Pressure Switch Hose is in good condition and properly connected to Tub and Pressure switch
Verify there is not a siphon problem
Verify wire harness connections to:Inlet Valves, Pressure Switch, Drain Pump, Flow Meter, and Central Control Unit (CCU)
Check all hoses for possible leaks
Verify pressure switch operation
Verify flow meter operation
Verify CCU operation

If this is intermittent, it would be very hard to determine the cause.
I myself have rarely run into this issue, and when I did, it was mainly caused by low water pressure into the water from the customers water supply, or clogged inlet water valve screens.

Make sure you don't have any duct tape or something around your drain pipe, it needs that air gap to prevent siphoning.

Hope helps (remember to rate and comment this answer).

I have replaced the drain pump which was burnt out due to falty wall socket ground which has been fixed.the pump for the spray part of the machine works.i have no water entering the machine.i can see...

If you live in the USA, and please don't say, your pump didn't fail because of a bad ground @ the outlet. There may have been a loose connection on the outlet but I doubt it was a grounding problem that caused the pump burn out.

But that isn't your question. You complain of no water. Is there a valve "inside' on your commercial machine on the water supply? Is there a screen on the water input that may be clogged? Are you certain the water supply is turned on? Normally, a dish washer would be hard piped (using soft copper line) not a hose. You say it is a hose, however. Please check both ends of the hose - (remove it if possible) and see that it will pass water. And lastly, make sure the solenoid that will be found near the water connection point is still properly wired. If you can, check the voltage at that solenoid when the machine is on a fill cycle. No power at the solenoid, no water can enter.

Just a few thoughts. Hope you get it going ... let me know your progress ... I may have a few more thoughts.

Washing machine trips electric when fills with water

From the symptons described, I would suspect that the heating element is faulty, disconnect the heater, and try it again, if it does not trip, then replace heater.

Thanks.

Stops before spin with error code of LF

LF Error code: LF stands for long fill and occurs when the water level does not change for a period of time after the valves are turned on.

All washers are designed to operate with a water supply pressure of 20-100 PSI. When the pressure drops below 20 PSI the washer can have the following problems:

* Slow Fill- low water pressure reduces the speed at which water flows into the machine.
o Verify the pressure at all other water sources in the house (i.e. sinks, showers, etc..). If you find other places where the pressure is low, the problem is not with the machine but with the water supply.
* Continuous Fill- The valve may not fully seat under 20 PSI which would allow for a constant flow even when the machine is not supposed to be filling.
o Contact the water company to verify the pressure being supplied to the house.
* dispenser- Needs a minimum amount of pressure to function. May dispense constantly, at the wrong time, or not at all.
o A plumber may need to be consulted if the pressure is found to be too low.

Things you can check :

* Are the Hot and Cold water faucets turned on
* Are the water hoses kinked
o Make sure all the hose are straight and able to flow water
* Are the screen inside the water valve plugged
o Inlet valve should be free of debris and rust.
o Turn off water and remove the inlet hoses from washer.
o Remove any accumulated film or particles.
o Assure rubber washers are in the end of each inlet hose.
o Reinstall hoses, turn on water and check for leaks.

Error codes can be caused by a Power Surge or other electrical anomaly, attempt to return the washer to operation by following the Hard Reset procedure below.

1. Unplug or turn the circuit breaker off for 30 seconds.
2. Reconnect the unit to the power source by turning the breaker back on or plugging the unit back into the wall outlet.
3. Press the Pause/Cancel/Stop button twice to clear the display.
4. Start a short cycle to check the operation of the machine by selecting a cycle and pressing and holding the start button until the machine starts

Beko wma 1510s keeps tripping eletric sockets

I once had a machine that would trip the power if it had an unbalanced load when it went to spin. Whirrr.... bang bang bang bang... click! Lights out.

HOWEVER, this is highly unusual. If the machine is tripping the power then you should take great care. either you have an electrical fault (The motor may be failing and burning out, or another component may be failing unsafe) or you may have a water leak from a defective hose somewhere that is getting electrical equipment wet. Just remember that water and electricity are a very un-funny mix and your trips are there for a good reason.

Does the machine trip the power as soon as it is powered on, even after standing for days (Probably an electrical fault)? Does it trip as a particular thing happens, such as moments after the water coming into the machine or as the drum starts to agitate or the spin cycle starts or as the water empties.

Here are a few suggestions. Having thought about when the fault trips the power, do the following:

TURN OFF THE POWER AND UNPLUG THE MACHINE FROM THE WALL. Isolate the water supply. Make sure that the machine is drained of water. Now it's safe, look for water leaks.

Take the top off the machine (Usually a couple of screws in the back and then the lid will tap forward or pull back depending on the model). Look for signs of water inside the chassis, where the water pipes run from the inlet valve to the soap tray. The rubber gasket around the door may also be cracked and leaking. A classic point for the start of a leak is the rear bearing of the drum (This is the centre of the big wheel of the drum), you may see water marks or limescale buildup that has dripped from the bearing if it is leaking.

If you are looking underneath for leaks, never tip the machine all the way onto its back, you may cause a water leak inside the machine. ALWAYS tip BACKWARDS, so the control panel for the machine is pointing up to avoid water getting to the control panel. I would recommend putting a chair behind the machine as you tip it, so the top back of the machine comes to rest on the seat and the machine is at about 45 degrees. this will give you access to underneath without a leak and make is a lot easier to tip it back on to its feet again afterwards.

While the machine is on its back, look at the motor, If you can, have a good sniff at it (Do you smell burned electrical equipment?) Look around for other components such as printed circuit boards, visually inspect and sniff them too.

The golden rule here is if you can see a leak and you can replace the part, then that's great, go ahead and Do It Yourself. BUT be sure that when you have finished everything is absolutely dry inside (Use a hairdryer if needs be). When you are absolutely sure it is all safe then prepare to test. With everything connected up turn on the mains and start the machine. ONLY TOUCH THE PLASTICS until you are sure it is working exactly as it should. Even then you should of course check to ensure that there is no electrical power leakage. If in doubt, it the power trips, if you have the slightest concern, get a professional in, Your family will prefer to pay for his visit rather than your funeral.

Washing machine keeps tripping electric switch

Hiya,
there is a few things that will do this to your electics 1st & formost if your trip switch is tripping off remember this is a safty device to prevent fire so ignoring the problem & switching the power back on to try again could run the risk of fire!!

when the power trips you will need to know at what point in the wash this happens if its when the machine is emptying then it would be a pump issue if the machine is emptying no problem then the issue is more likely to be the motor either of which would need to be replaced if you are having these problems.

on rare ocasions you can spring a leak & if water gets on the electrics this will also trip the power but this is 1 of the least likely posabilatys.. rest assured if the power is tripping off then your home electrics are working fine & to confirm all sockets run from 1 main fuse all lights run from a second main fuse then there is a few other bits that run on there on fuses too i.e. cooker, power shower etc.. remember always get a qualified electrician to work on your electrics to ensure the job is carried out correctly

Hope this helps
