You are running out of memory. Most likely one (or more) of the apps you are running has what is known as a "memory leak", which means it's just not efficient at handling memory. Simplest solution is to fully power off the device. Don't just put it to sleep, actually power it off or remove the battery, then reinsert it. The phone will reboot, and clear it's memory. You will not loose anything, this is just like restarting your computer.

Pavilion dv4 display horizontal flashing lines across the lower screen in taskbar area

I'm Sorry to say but it could be that you need a new screen (easy repair around $195) unless you go to HP
Or it could be the built in video card (much harder to repair)
Do the lines appear from start up or slowly get worse as the comp gets hotter, if this is the case it is more likely the video card then I would contact HP to get a quote, But first,
Try plugging your laptop into an external monitor & see if the lines show up then

My graphics card does not show up on my Device Manager

I had just run into the same problem while installing my new graphics card earlier today. This is what I did to fix it:

1. Uninstall the new driver for the new card, if you can, in control panel if it installed.

2. Reinstall the new driver.

3. Go to Device Manager and UNINSTALL, not disable, UNINSTALL the on-board card. Don't worry this won't kill anything. It will ask you to restart your computer. Click yes.

4. While the computer is restarting and on the shut down screen for windows unplug the monitor cord from the onboard card and plug it into the new card.

5. Wait for windows to boot up and load the new drivers. It should be working with the correct drivers.

If it takes more than 8 minutes for anything to come on the screen(icons, login screen, etc.) reboot your computer again.

Display on dell d 610 wont turn on

Display won't turn on? You mean the screen is blank? If so it can be that the lcd screen is bad, the lcd inverter is bad or the vga video card is bad. You can narrow down the problem by plugging in an external monitor into the laptop then press FN+F8 keys to get the display on the external monitor. If it shows on the external that means the video card is ok. If the video is ok remove the external monitor and reboot again. Use a flashlight and shine it on the display if you can bearly see the icons in the background, that means the lcd inverter is bad and needs to be replaced. If you see nothing and the computer has booted up, the fans are running the lights on the right under the lcd shows the disk blinking and the powerlight is on, then you probably have a motherboard issue. Contact the guys at:

They will fix it and return ship it by Fedex or UPS. Get a quote a your local computer shop, then call them

My laptop switches on but has blank screen

Blank screen? do you hear fans running? Is the disk drive running? Shine a flash light on the screen to see if you can see the desktop icons in the background. If you can that means your lcd inverter is bad. If it boots up and you can't see anything then either the VGA Video is bad or the screen is bad. If you have access to another monitor plug it into the laptop and hit the FN key by holding it down the the Function (F1 thru F8) key that display on an external monitor. if it displays on the external monitor that means the video is ok and your issue is the lcd screen probably needs to be replaced.

After turning on the computer (Apple CUBE MacOS 9.1) the vision of the monitor is normal but after a few seconds a screen with a window countdown will start automatically and reads "signal ing"...

you may try this came from manual.
Power Management" "countdown 20 sec
This OSD may appear to inform you that the signal being sent to the display is not within its frequency range. In this case, you would need to check the resolution and refresh rate you have your video card set to, and adjust to be within the range of the display

The camera screen displays "Recording stopped.

I checked with Kodak's pitiful website and it looks like your memory card is too slow. In other words it needs to be able to write at a faster rate to keep up with the camera. Kodak does list the types of memory cards that will work in your camera. I would suggest that you follow their recommendations and buy one of those. The card you have will be fine for pictures but will not work for video.
