The flex cord is either damaged or broken, you need a new top monitor piece installed

Hello,

The phone is a flip phone, it means the flex on the phone screen of your phone as gone bad and will need to be replaced.

all you need to do is just to replace the flex and your phone screen will come up.

What is the possible trouble of my samsung sgh u-700, the screen only shows blank and sometimes the features appears but not in a normal appearance,,, it appears scattered and moving in different direction...

I think this a problem related to the flex cable that connects the main phone body to the sliding screen. Over time the flex cable wears down as it slides and results in a whole range or problems such as: display acting weird (eg. mirror-image and inverted colours), speaker not working, off-button not working etc.
Flex cables are cheap to buy on ebay (a few dollars) and there's internet sites that show you how to open the phone and replace them. (google: samsung u700 replacement flex cable)

Hey acctually my moto krzr k1 had a software crash i suppose due to virus problem.its completely working but screen soesnt display anything and sometimes screen just sticks to one pic.i mean it hangs.what...

I think the flex for your phone is weak. This is common with motorolla razon phones. I don't think it is a virus problem, all you need do is to replace the flex that connects the phone board to the screen and be mindful while opening and closing the flip phone because the flex gets weaker the more you open and close flip.

Take care

Cant see anything on my screen

Most likely a bad flex cable if what you see is a white screen. Have the flex cable replaced and your screen will come back to life.

KRZR blank screen

does the screen turn white or does it not turn on at all?If it turns white you can try a few things like take the battery out let it sit for 5 minutes then put it back and try it out,or you can open the top housing and find the flex cable connection unplug it plug it back in and try it,If the screen isnt comming on at all you need to check that the flex cable is connected if it is your lcd is defective and will need a new one,or your flex cable is bad,I dont know how you would know what one it was without having another phone to test them in but those are the only options for that scenario, well good luck

Razr v3 flex cable connected but screen is still black

You can buy a new phone.....but I had the same exact problem with my motorola v3 phone. Every now and then both screens would work for a while and then turn completely black or sometimes white. Most of the time black. The keypads would light, I could make and receive phone calls, but I couldn't see anything on either screen. I moved all my contacts to the sim card and I got a new phone thru an upgrade with my company. But I was still determined to get the V3 to work again! I brought the phone to a few cell phone repairs shops and I was told that the connectors from the flex cable inside the phone sometimes get loose. Make sure they are tightly plugged in. If that doesn't help then the flex cable needs to be replaced. Some of these repair shops wanted up to $65.00 to replace the flex cable! I could replace the phone for much less than $65.00! So I decided to go to ebay and type in Motorola V3 Flex cable......hundreds of places came up that sell this flex cable. I found a place in my area and ordered one. It cost me $5.00 and I got it within 2 days! I looked online on how to install the flex cable and everything from how to disassemble the phone to installing the new flex cable and reassembling the phone was right there! I followed the instructions and I installed the new flex cable and the phone is as good as new!!! Both screens are working and I didn't loose any pictures or contacts from the phone!
All it cost me was $5.00 and about an hour of time! It even came with free shipping! Go to google and type in Motorola v3 black screen and look thru the solutions. Some of them will explain how to disassembe the phone and replace the flex cable with detailed pictures! You can buy the torque screw drivers at Home Depot or on ebay! Good Luck!

Blank Screens

The flex cable in the phone is extremely weak and is prone to tearing if the handset it opened too far. It could either be torn completly or damaged enough to lose the connection. I would take it back where you bought it to have it checked out. Usually this will be covered by a warranty.
