Question about Apple iPod nano
Try restarting your iPod by doing the following:
Step 1: Hold your iPod with the screen facing you, at the top edge there is a slider that is used to lock the device labeled "HOLD". Slide the slider back and forth once and stop when you see an orange color from the slider.
Step 2: Press and hold both the Menu and the center button, if not, center and play button. After a few seconds, your iPod should turn off and reboot.
Step 3: If this does not work, connect your iPod to your computer, open iTunes. On the left side of the screen as you scroll down, you should see your iPod. Highlight it. The right screen should change. Scroll down on that screen until you see the "Restore" button. Click on it, and follow the instructions. This should resolve your issue.
Step 4: If you still have issues, contact Apple. If your device is less than a year old, you may be able to take it to Apple to get it serviced or replaced for free on the spot. If it is older, you can buy a new iPod and given them your old one for 10% off.
