Andy, leave the breaker off and remove the toe panel (bottom panel) from the dishwasher. Remove the cover of the junction box where the cord connection or wiring is made. Look at the wire caps and see if they are not burnt. Sometimes these connections become loose and arch, tripping the breaker. If so, cut the wires, strip a new end and reconnect. I just read this for the same problem: push sanitize, then heat and dry, sanitize, heat and dry, sanitize, heat and dry, cancel, then open and close the door. It worked. The dishwasher is running correctly even as I type this.

I had this problem too & found the discharge hose was clogged. To fix it I had to pull out the diswasher , disconnect the drain hose and blow it out.

That is a comon problem with that model. It is not sensing a temperature change in the water.
Push i believe it is heated dry and sani rinse going back and fourth between the two to clear the code and see if you can get it to complete a cycle. If it doesnt call sears and schedule service there is a service flash repair that should not cost you anything to repair the unit.

Tips for a great answer:
Hello friend, thank you for your post!
From the information you have provided regarding the heated dry and washing lights blinking on your Electrolux dishwasher it sounds like it could be a possible problem within your control board. I would recommend resetting your appliance which you can by flipping the household circuit breaker in the off position for roughly ten minutes. If you continue to receive the blinking lights I would reach out to a professional to come and diagnose your appliance. I hope this helps. -Matt
