You need to get out a level and put it on top of the machine, put it across from left to right and then adjust the feet by turing one side or the other in our out till the bubble on the level reads in the center., now take the level and put it front to back and do the same thing. if your machine is level it should not vibrate to the point that it walks across the room.

No seems to be getting in, wash comes out damp n dirty

Is this a new washer or has there been a change in it's functionality?
Front loading washers do use very little water. One must be careful not overload them and also to be sure to use the detergent that is made for them. Can you see the clothes and water sloshing around? Try a small load with HE detergent and make sure to use the very small amount recommended and let me know if you still have a problem.

I just put in my first load of clothing in my new machine. It does not seem like there is enough water flowing into the machine. I cannot see a water line while the clothes are being washed. It seems to me...

If this is a HE unit it's probably fine. Front load units determine how much water to add based on how big of a load you put in. As long as water is flowing (waterfalling) over the clothes as the machine tumbles then it is fine. Try a larger load and see if the water level increases.

I have jst purchased this washer today, however the dryer takes ages,,,,,,their seems to be water going in when its drying, clothes come out hot, but still as damp as when i put them into dry.

Hi, this is normal for a washer dryer, water isn't actually going in, it is condensating and then being pumped away.

when you use the dryer program your are only meant to put half the washing load or less in at a time if there is too much wet washing in the machine it will take forever to dry as it cant get rid of the amount of condensation quick enough so some of it is reabsorbed into the clothes and so it goes on.

so the trick is only to put in a maximum of half the full washing load.

Hope this helps.

We just bought a front loading machine and it seems to have hardly any water while washing. How much water should there be? Right now it looks like only the clothes are wet but no other water sitting in...

Front load washing machins are very water conservative. In fact a lot of moldern F/L washers use so little water that it doesn't even come up to the bottom of the door.
If the machine completes it's cycle, it obviously 'thinks' it's getting enough water to continue..
IMPORTANT...Do not overuse detergent!! This can seriously shorten the life of a F/L...! You're treating the amount of water...NOT the amount of clothes...Happy Washing
Good luck....Nomess

Kenmore 80 Series Mod:110.23832100 top load that with heavy clothes (towells robes) won't drain and leaves excessive water after spin cycle. Everything appears to function otherwise, no odd noises. No...

Hi,
When you are putting the heavy clothes (towels robes) the sleeves of the towels will come out easily and get stuck in between the drain out valve so it will not sent the water out properly please avoid heavy clothes(towels robes) try to give a normal load

Not enough water in a front load washer.

Water levels adjust automatically to the size of the load - no guesswork and this conserves water. If this is really a problem she should see if her warranty is still in effect and contact a service tech to check it out. She can also check with Whirlpool customer service - http://whirlpool.custhelp.com/app/answers/list
Good luck!

WASHING MACHINE will only work if a very smalll amount of washing in

Check out your belt. It should "give" about half an inch, or it would be too loose or tight. Change if loose. Also check out your outlet filter. Refer to manual.

Pl. rate if helped ..............

My PAVT920AWW won't spin hard enough to get all the water out

I have had teh same problem. I calledin the Maytag service and they did replace something out of goodwill but the technician told me that the load balance sensor is sensitive. If your load is unbalanced then the machine will spin slowly so it does not walk across the floor. With larger loads the wieght will make the machine bang against the sides and walk.

The solution is quite simple. Make sure the load is balanced. The agitator has a way of unbalancing a load from time to time so you need to do this manually. It is a very rare occurance and it is best to make sure your load goes into the machine balanced first.

Machine not spinning due to uneven load balance although clothes are loaded evenly initially

I suggest you stick to the maximum load capacity (or less) of the machine; and not over-load the machine with clothes.
