i think there may be a Physical problem with your router, perhaps try turning it off for 10 mins and try turning it back on. if the problem persists, i suggest you taking it to an electronic service center where they will be able to fix the problem.
or take the router back from where you bought it with a receipt so that they can fix it.

Inspect your check valve - the stopper inside is likely broke. When this happens the pump keeps pushing the same water up into the discharge pipe then as soon as it turns off the water flows back into the sump, repeated over and over...
If not, your float switch is the culprit.
