Remove the battery.
Disconnect the AC power adapter.
Use a "multimeter" to test the voltage/amperage output from the adapter.
Connect the AC power-adapter, and try to turn the computer on.
If nothing happens, then the computer's motherboard has "died".
Take the computer to a qualified technician, for professional trouble-shooting.
