You must have scratched the disk. A quick fix to this is taking non-whitening toothpaste not gel and rubbing it on the read side of your disk. Let it sit for 5 minutes then take a very damp tissue and rub off the tooth paste. I cannot emphasize the importance of using a very damp piece of tissue. This is just a quick fix.
Remember: 1.Toothpaste not gel 2.Rub it on the read side not the label side. 3.Let sit for 5 minutes. 4.Rub off with a very damp piece of tissue.
