Question about HP Officejet Pro L7580 All-In-One InkJet Printer
The chances are you have a clogged nozzle. The first thing I would try is to remove the cartridges, remove the printhead, soak the printhead (nozzles down) in warm distilled water overnight to see if the nozzle clog can be cleared. After the overnight soaking, take a clean lintfree cloth and dab the water, air dry the printhead (or use a hair dryer on low heat). Reinstall the printhead, ink cartridges and test. This generally clears the clogged printhead. If you are using aftermarket ink cartridges you may have to do this on a regular basis. If the ink cartridges are suspected, try cartridges from LDProducts.com.
Let me know if this works for you or if you have any questions. Thanks.

Use the HP Printing Assistant software to run a few "print-head-cleaning-cycles".
The BLACK ink-jets are CLOGGED. So, no ink from any of the 3 different cartridges reaches the paper.

I have an HP Photsmart C4100 printer. I purchased remanufactured ink cartridges (both black and tri-colored) from Vivasmart. The black one works fine, but when I installed the tri-color, I got an error message that says "Print cartridge problem" The following print cartridge has a problem:
Tri-color. And I can't print. The screen on my printer says "Remove and check color cartridge." I have done this several times and it still won't print. I have turned off the power, removed the cartridges, and unplugged the unit, but it still didn't help. Any suggestions?

make all your printer settings to default. If any problem in that simply uninstall & re-install the driver.
If still no good, your black cartridge might have dried-up
