Hi,
a 6ya Technician can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repair professionals here in the US.
click here to Talk to a Technician (only for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Goodluck!

My `Up` and Quote key won`t work, they were working fine a couple days ago, I don`t know what I did wrong. Just those 2 keys that are not working, no matter how much I press they are not processing...

Just checking, before we begin: did you at all modify your keyboard layout? This could be the problem, though it's unlikely. And also, do your UP and QUOTE keys have greater usage than other keys? If you can, take the key covers off and see what's happening with the key switches underneath. I had a similar issue with a Dell once and it was due to a nonfunctional keyboard switch.

Also, what happens when you plug in an external keyboard? Does this fix the problem? I imagine trying this would instantly tell us whether it's a software or hardware issue.

Anyhow, good luck! If you have any other questions, feel free to ask. ;-)

WOODWAY "replace magnetic key SAFETY"

Yes, it is likely that it is the switch directly underneath the magnet - it may be possible to bypass it, but not a good idea. You can order a switch direct from Woodway 1800WOODWAY

if the keyboard is fine and you checked on other computer then it shows that the application you are working has gone corrupt, try to re-install OS and application software.
Also try to check with USB/External Keyboard..
