Question about Dewalt 18v Dc385 Reciprocating Battery Saw
There is no video, but you can download a breakdown for this tool at "dewaltservicenet.com" to see what I am going to explain. first remove the battery, and the pivot shoe. Next pull the gearcase insulator off to expose the gearcase housing and then you will have access to all the screws that have to be removed in order to unscrew the top. The gearcase insulator is sometimes "tight" to remove so you might have to pull hard but it will come off. Let me know if you need more assistance.
