Question about Computers & Internet
This is usually not a good sign at all. A large majority of virus's conceal themselves as "Security for your computer or Antivirus Software". Your best bet is to SAVE all your files immediately and prepare for the worst, to reset your computer to its factory settings.
You can try eliminating the virus by installing/ using actual Antivirus software. Try AGV, or Avast. Norton would work, but it's expensive and is a nuisance with popups/ads.
Best of luck.
