Umm...just go to the acer web site, enter your model number, and download and install the laterst driver....easy. Get back to me and I will walk you through the install.

after installing the sound driver. just go to device manager. click system devices here you will see PCI device yellow. click update driver for this then follow the instructions. Then your Modem will follow to be installed. I believe you know the instructions on this.
