My Refrig is collecting water in the bottom. My freezer is on top and the refrig is on the bottom. Water collects in or under the produce trays. What could be wrong

Without a model number or even a brand, this advise can only be general. You have a blocked defrost drain. Each time the refrigerator does an automatic defrost, the resulting melted frost needs to go down to a drain pain near the compressor, where it will evaporate. If the path to the drain pan is blocked, the water has to go somewhere, in your case, down the inside of the liner of the refrig and to the lowest level, under the produce trays. There may be a tube down the outside of the refrig on back which can be removed for cleaning, or the blockage may only be accessable from the area right by the cooling coils inside the freezer section. (usually located behind the back wall, but sometimes under the freezer section floor) You may find that flushing the drain tube using a turkey baster with warm water will be all that it takes to solve your problem.

I have a 6-7 year old Magic chef top freezer, refrig which is collecting water each day at the inside bottom of the box, refrigerator section. I notice that a slight drip of water comes thru the middle...

Hi,

The defrost drain is located just under the cooling coils in the back of the freezer. You will need to unload the food and remove the shelves from the freezer. Take the back panel off from inside the freezer and you will see a hole just below the coils. Flush it with hot water using a turkey baster or small hose. See the link below for more details.

I get a puddle of water inside of the the refrig every a couple days, I have turn off the refrig, and blow with the fan for over 5 hours, hoping that will solve the issue, however that didn't work.

check the seals for leaks. condensation from warm air leaking into the fridge through bad seals collects on the inside. also, if condensation collects on the evaporator coils, it'll freeze. then when it goes into defrost mode, all of the frost and ice melts into a condensate pan under the fridge. if the tube to the pan is blocked, the condensate stays in the fridge. so, check the seals and check the condensate tube.

GE Refridge #tbx21jablraa Water collecting in

The defrost drain tube is plugged. Move the refrig out from the wall and remove the tube which goes from the center middle of the back to the bottom part of the refrig. Clean out the tube and check the part that goes into the refrig. That part usually comes off with a quarter turn or so, then pull.

Water on floor of refrigator. Our refrigator is a Frigidaire Crown series model no. F44Q18CC. We have never had the ice maker hooked up sence we owned our refrigator. We bought it about 5 years ago. Lately...

Water collects INSIDE the refrigerator ? It is coming from the freezer. You have a plugged up defrost drain - look for a drain cup inside your refrigerator section agains the wall, this leads to a plastic tube that connects through the back wall of your refrigerator down a drain tube - see if you can remove this and with an object pass it through the drain tube to dislodge anything obstructing the water passage - if you do not have a drain cup in refrigerator then look in your freezer behind the panel you should see a drain hole below the evap fan, where the ice melts and drains through the tube - if this area is iced up or blocked water will overflow to your refrigerator through the cooling vents :)
