Hi from retired Englishman in SW France,

No speed there, then ;-0)
Sorry, I do not know whether your machine is cold fill only or hot and cold.
If it's both is it just on the wash cycle- when hot water is being fed in or on rinses when cold water is fed in? If it's on both wash and rinse I would have to assume that it is cold fill only.
I would first check that the water supplied to the washer is OK. Turn the tap(s) off and take the hose(s) off. Have a bucket handy (or sink if it is close enough) and turn each tap on in turn to make sure the water flow IS plentiful. If it is, and whilst the hoses are disconnected, check the little filters just inside the washer inlets in case one or other is blocked up.
If all the previous are OK the next suspect is the inlet water control valve (singular- depending again on whether it is just cold fill only) which is malfunctioning and will require a service engineer's visit, sorry ;-0(

Hope I haven't confused you!
Good luck,
John C

How do i remove a fuel tank

Ha ha you joking me here ,remove the tank ?? where have you been reading this brown stuff from cows ,right heres what us pros do --- find the live wire to the pump in the tank ,lift the back seat and their will be four wires to teh sender unit ,the two thicker wires are the pump ,one feed and one ground ,use a meter to find the feed wire .Then push apin through the wire ,now disconnect the fuel feed to the injector rail on the engine and fit a pipe on it into a can or two .now with a spare wire from the pos on the battery connect it to teh pin in the feed wire to the pump ,---5/7 mins later all the fuel is out the tank -- just like magic then stick 5 litres of fresh petrol in ,start engine and go to garage and fill up ,all sorted .If you have one of them fancy fuel rail /pipe connectors cut a piece of plastic from a fly spray can top and slide this up the connection to disconnect it .Right now what elses do you need to know ,or the cheap way to sort something out .

The car is all on normal condition until I filled the gasoline to the fuel tank (over the standard value) ,I left the gas station suddenly the speed goes down then the engine stopped , I try to ignition...

You overfilled the tank and screwed up the fuel vent canister. Usually the car will not run, dies while idling, or surges if you try to drive, also if you try to fill up again you might find it difficult to fill your tank fast because the canister is not venting the tank

Why is it taking so much long to tank to fill?

Disassemble the valve assembly. It probably has mineral deposits in it. If this doesn't do it, replace the whole assembly. Costs 8-10 dollars

Ford Windstar 2001 Gas filling problem

The fule tank vent tube is blocked/clogged. It's the little hole next to the filler hose that invites spiders that clog it up. Blow out the tube and it fixes the problem.

Takes 15 mins to fill tank

This happened all the time with my van and then with my taxicab. the culprit is a combination of a slow angled fill tube in the car, and the new safety things on the gas pumps. What the attendant had me do is angle the pump so its not completely inside the hole, but just about the whole way so theres no suction, and making sure its still secure.

The machine is still stuck in the descaling cycle. You must open the steam valve and let all the liquid drain from the tank. This takes approx. 45 min. because it comes out intermittenly. After this is complete all the front buttons will flash. Close the steam valve, rinse the tank, then fill it with fresh water. Open the valve again and let all the water drain from the tank again. This time it will only take a couple of minutes. After it has completed close the valve and the machine will return to normal operation.
