Question about eMachines ET1161-07 Desktop PC
This indicates to me to be a short circuit some-where within your computer system, you will need to clean the computer chassis and components of all dust as dust attracts moisture giving you a short circuit.
It may also be due to a loose connection, so be sure to push all connections and try power on, remember to earth yourself, to Prevent ESD.
