Why turbochef tornado dont pass to ready to cook and de IR is adjusted to1000F and dont pass to 378 F.

Open right side pannal. Check the signs of arc or burnt wires. If you know how to use DMM the check its resistance if its 14.4 ohms then replace SSR relay. And that's it. Goog to go now MAKE SURE YOU DISCHARGE THE CAPACITORS.

Oven gets to hot and then it trips out. how many solid state relays do I need to replace?

Usually they put only one SSR(solid state relay).however just make sure how many do your equipment have. Just look at their parts list (that it dosent say dual SSR) . If yes then only one relay to replace But also check that I/O board isn't bad Sometimes the board gets wrong and we replace other components. Just check that when oven is hot I/O board isn't sending any voltage to the SSR Also , replace the thermostat tripper since after getting trip 4-5 times it's get faulty after some time . My oven is on warming mode from last six hours. Please adivse

First, check the back of the oven. See if the lil red button can be pressed in. Then check the IR Element, usually you can see the wires burned or damaged where it enters the oven by the snap rings. This was a design flaw from the manufacturer of the element of which turbochef has taken care of.

COMPONENTS
IR Element
The IR element - a dual coil type heater - is located
in the bottom of the oven cavity. The first coil is the
heating coil. The second is the IR thermocouple
wire. The heating coil outputs 3000 watts at 208
VAC. The heating coil's resistance is 14.4 ohms at
room temperature.
The thermocouple coil is a Type K thermocouple
with a resistance of approximately 20 ohms at the
splices located approximately 6 inches from the
heater and 40 ohms measured at the extension wires
at the I/O control board.
The IR element is controlled via the K5 solid state
relay and the IR thermocouple via the I/O control
board.

Its typically an easy quick fix.

Turbo chef is not heating up, coming up on it reads, f8 low heat

the problem with f8 like you have said LOW HEAT
, IF the oven does not warm up in time , which is usually 8 min , it goes into f8 fault code
now please check the hi limit button , on the back of the oven , left hand side, bottom corner, if it reset and starts heating, please check bottom element and temp reading IR , IF it rises very quickly and the elemnt is glowing red , please switch off the unit at the power point , you have problem with the solid state relay, if the temp is slowly rising , then you might only have an issue with the hi limit reset button thermostat, FIRST JUST CHECK THE RESET BUTTON

Hello. If the SSR is closed, and the oven is off, then the SSR is bad. You can call turbo chef for a part supplier,if you are able to replace it yourself, at 1800 90turbo.

Warming up problem

This has nothing to do with the element. This oven should only be serviced by a qualified technician. If you were one, you would already know the solution. You need to go into diagnostic mode to determine if it is the solid state relay or the cc thermocouple. After resetting the hi-limit more than once, it will also need to be replaced.
