Question about Carrier Beverage-Air SP6018M Stainless Steel Commercial Refrigerator
Your system could have a low refrigerant charge. This exact symptom often appears when the condenser coil is very dirty, the refrigerant has leaked out somewhere, the unit appears to be cooling OK, but probably not great. Then a technician comes out and cleans the condenser. This causes the condenser to function properly and the refrigerant pressure, which was artificially high, to drop. This drop in pressure will cause the refrigerating effect to cease. I would get a good technician who will locate the leak and correct it. Then recharge the system with the appropriate amount of refrigerant. This should solve your problem.
