Question about Zebra Printer 140-751-00000
I am having trouble with the Zebra 220 model printer at my company(I'm sure it's user error). I have just changed the media from a tear off media with a gap to a continuous feed media that has to be cut. When I turn on the printer it runs through it's checks and displays it's IP address but then here is where the problem starts: The media will feed automatically and will not stop until I turn the printer off. I thought if I could change the media type in setup that would fix it but I can't get to the setup before this starts happening. Any advice would be helpful.
Go into the printer set up and turn off all the motions to no on power up, head up.
Change the stock type to continuous.
The unit will not calibrate when started, but should take the label size you send it when you send the format.
