Question about Toshiba Computers & Internet
There could be many reasons for this, a few of which could be a bad power brick, or a bad motherboard. If it's a bad power cord, that is easily and somewhat inexpensive to replace, however if its a bad motherboard that can be incredibly expensive to replace. I would recommend taking it to a PC repair shop where they can test each component.
