Hi, Its most probably a few capacitors on the power supply board,
it is an easy fix if you can use a solder iron.

you can unplug the power cord and drench the power and after go ahead and plug in back the TV and try to start it

with tv in standby press INFO / MENU / MUTE / STANDBY on remote tv will come on with service menu DO NOT CHANGE ANY SETTINGS
look at list you will see reset
ONLY USE DOWN NAVAGATION KEY until RESET is highlighted
then PRESS RIGHT NAVAGATION KEY the tv will reset
PRESS STANDBY TO EXIT
the tv will need retuneing after

check power for correct output voltage then the ad or mainboard

Your set needs to go in for repair this is no easy fix it yourself problem!

Samsung Website Tech help intitally. If under warranty take it back. You could take the batteries out and leavie it overnight. It may reset.
