It sounds like it may not be in pairing mode properly. I've come across this problem with this make and model before and it does seem somewhat touchy in getting it into pairing mode properly. Follow the instructions in your manaual for 'pairing' very carefully and have the phone ready to detect the headset, as the other problem is that if you do not complete the task quickly enough it drops out of pairing mode. Also have your pairing code (usually '0000') to hand so that you do not waste time when it comes to making the connection. Finally make sure the headset is fully charged BEFORE you try to connect up. Good luck

Hello...i am using sony ericsson k550 i had a trouble in that i cant send any files through bluetooth my bluetooth is not working pls any one tell how to solve this prob

Make sure your phone and the other Bluetooth device are charged, switched on and within range of each other. Make sure Bluetooth wireless technology is turned on, and that the devices are set to be visible for other Bluetooth devices. Check that the two devices are paired, and have found each other. If there are still problems, you'll have to reset the connection and pair the two devices again.

In some Bluetooth installations, you must activate a COM port manually in your computer. This is done differently for different brands and models of Bluetooth devices. Please see the manufacturer's product documentation.

If a COM port is not activated

1. In many cases, you can right-click on your phone icon in the window where all found Bluetooth devices are shown, and select a 'COM port activation' item in the menu. Make a note of the COM port number of the activated port.
2. Open Sony Ericsson PC Suite and click Tools/Phone Monitor Options.../Com Ports. Enable the COM port you activated in step 1.
3. Keep the Bluetooth wireless technology turned on in your phone, restart the computer and try to connect again.

If you have lost the pairing on your phone with the headset follow these simple steps below:

• Searching for the headset on the phone

5) Select the Explorer 3XX device and click add
6) You will be required to enter in a pass code which is standard ‘0000’
7) If successful then the headset will start flashing BLUE every few seconds.

Nokia 6102i will not detect my BH-600

Hey I found the solution :
1. When the headset is off, press and hold the multifunction key until the indicator light is continuously displayed.

2. Switch on your compatible phone.

3. Activate the Bluetooth feature on the phone, and set the phone to search for Bluetooth devices.

4. Select the headset from the list of
found devices.

5. Enter the passcode 0000 to pair and connect the headset to your phone.

In some phones you may need to make the connection separately after pairing. You only need to pair the headset with your phone once.

If the pairing is successful, the indicator light starts to flash slowly, and the headset appears in the phone menu where you can view the currently paired Bluetooth devices.

The headset is now ready for use.

Enjoy..
