No, unfortunately the model that you selected only offers a 16:9 aspect ratio. Full technical specifications for this model can be found here.

Need code # for naxa NTD-1351 using universal remote model ONB13AV004

You can try using code search to find something that can handle some or all functions of your Naxa. If a search through all codes stored in the remote results in nada, you may have to try a different universal remote. All universal remotes do not store all possible codes.

Not auto scan channels

Make sure you have the tuner type set to cable and not air. Also try plugging a different TV into the same cable and see if that works. If not the issue is the cable, if it does the TV may not with your cable. Try and contact your cable provider.

Need to remove base on nAXA Model NTD-1354

I needed to do this as well. The round part comes off but the stem does not come out of the TV. I don't mind taking things apart so I removed the screws on the back all around the frame. There are two screws right above all the hookups that you don't have to remove. After removing the screws, carefully separate the two halves. They snap togetther together on the middle of the sides. It takes a little effort to unsnap them I just kept running my fingernails up and down the seam until it popped apart. The screen half come off and is connected with some wires so don't pull it to far apart. At this point you can access the two silver screws that hold the stem in place. Remove the screws and the stem can be removed. Now snap the two halves back together (being careful not to pinch any wires) and re-apply the screws. I saved all the parts for the base in case I needed to put it back together. Last note, opening anything like this may void any warranty.
