Loot for a cat 5 cable near the printer. It will look a little bit like a phone cable. If you have one, plug it in to the printer, if not procure one and put one side in the printer and the other one in a network port. If you have IT support at work, and cannot find the cable, it will probably be better if you ask them.
If you plug it in and it still doesn't work, there is something wrong with the network, and you should call IT.

Problem connecting Win 7 64-bit to Xerox Workcentre M128 printer - Windows is giving a "no suitable driver found" error.


Try this link, it goes directly to the 64 bit driver download site.

If that doesnt work. Go to www.xerox.com. Select support and drivers, in the search box, type 128, then go to the workcenterpro 123/128 and click on downloads and drivers.
You will find 32, 64 bit drivers for all OS.

I bought Xerox Workcenter Pro 123 a year ago. One month later had a stroke and cannot remeber admin user ID or password. How can I reset?


Go to Xerox.com. Click on the Support and driver section.
Type in 123 in the search box. Then when it comes up, select Drivers and Downloads, then on that site you can click on Documentation and download the User and Admin Guides. That way you can have that info at your fingertip.
The default code is 1111, or 11111. 4 or 5 ones.

I have Xerox workcentre pro 128 copier machine. can you solve my problem? when i copy before appear this Error code 123-396.


That is a software related error, You most likely need to reload the firmware, or replace the hard drive.
You can try disconnecting all the document feed and scanner cables then reseating them. Other than that, your looking at a software issue.

this is not a mechanical error but a software error.

It either doesn't recognise the format or program
as for the driver don't thinkit's the problem the HP can use PCL6
