How do I fix a missing boot on my Toshiba satellite x205?

You'll need a repair disc or system disc to boot from. Once you boot from it you want to got to the Recovery Console so that you can run the DOS prompt in the black window that appears with white writing. Type the following command: Chkdsk /r
Check disk will run well over an hour so be patient. You'll even see the percentage of completion going from high to low but that's normal too. Once it complete reboot your machine. If you still have problems you'll need to reinstall your operating system. There are ways to do a repair install which preserves your files, docs, music, pics, videos and data. If you do a new install you'll lose everything.

Says operating system not found

Because of some reason your C:/ drive is not accessible to the Boot Manager to load Windows from it.
You can fix this by using any MBR repairing tool, but you'll have to make a bootable CD for that.
If this seems daunting and difficult, just reinstall the Windows and it'll load up fine..

My computer keep showing dciman32.dll

That is some corrupt files in action. Reinstall your Operating System (Windows) or install a new one (Linux). Make sure to back up any files that you have before reinstalling, as files will not be preserved during the process.

My webcam does not work properly. it turns on, but when viewing it the screen is just black.

There could be multiple causes to this. I'll start off with the basics.

1) The software code for your webcam has somehow misaligned itself and you need to reinstall your webcam drivers. Go to the manufacturer's website and update the drivers.
2) Some webcams have a cover on them. It's hard to notice, but it's basically there to protect the lens. Open up this cover and it should work again.
3) It could be completely software-related. If neither of the above steps are working, then try reinstalling the application.
4) If your webcam is an internal one, the best thing you can do is uninstall the webcam through the Device Manager (Imaging Devices), then reinstall it
Hope some of these steps solve your problem. If they don't, post a response here. I'll be happy to assist you further.
