Question about Samsung SF-330 Plain Paper Inkjet Fax
Make sure the power is correctly plugged in. If all are okay outside the unit, the problem lies inside the unit. If a line of black Squares blinks on the display, it is a capacitor that is blown. If nothing happens on the display, the fuse is blown. No user serviceable parts on the power supply unit. Professional technitian service required.

Tips for a great answer:
1) short in circuit... frayed wire, accidental circuit board contact with metal frame, solder bridge on circuit board, or wire placement/connection error
2) Too high voltage in circuit can cause excess current
TROUBLE SHOOTING: measure circuit voltage w/ meter. If normal, put amp-meter (with fuse) in circuit
at problem fuse connector and quickly check current.
If very high, trace (look) along current path for location
of a short to ground/frame/etc.
Hope this helps...if this is all Greek, consider looking
for Better Bus. Bureau approved repair shop.
