-I have to be honest with you. There is no way we could provide any informatio without knowing what is the brand of your computer at least. Assuming you are using Dell computer, I suggest to go to http://support.dell.com > drivers and downloads > choose a model (click on select a model)> "example you are using Dell Dimension 4700" click on Desktop > Dimension > 4700 > Confirm, this will show all the drivers listed for you computer.
-look for chipset and click on the arrow pointing downward.
-download the file then after you save it, let it run
-restart the computer after installation
