If you can start your computer in "safe mode", go to your "control panel" and open. Find 'Device Manager" icon, right click on that and open. Find "display adaptors" and click on box on the right beside that. This should drop down and show your devices. If you are using the graphics card for video, right click on that. A window should come up and you should see "enable" or "disable". If you see "enable" click on that. If anything else shows up in that dropdown. Right click on it and "disable". Restart system and hopefully all is well. If tjis doesn't work, let me know throught "add comment" at end of soloution. Please provide model of graphics card you are using.

Check your bios settings for the graphic.

Try the onboard VGA graphic first.

Here you can download manual and drivers for your product:

Hope this will help you.

No video signal means that your screen does not get any signal from the screen card.
It could be a fault in the cable or the monitor.
    Try even with another monitor.

Hope this was to any help.

Verify that your Power Supply meets the requirements of the video card. Some Video Cards require a 400 Watt Video card. In some cases its always good to go higher than that, depending on how many devices are in your computer.

How old is your power supply? Some power supply's over time will not produce the same amount of wattage when it was new.

Is it possible for you to try the video card on another computer? It could have arrived DOA. In which case you may need to return it.

Good Luck
