Pull the bottom drawer out !!!!! To do this on the left and right sides of the bottom drawer you need to pull the pins (Plastic) then pull it out it has hoses still connected pull out and turn on side look in the back left corner (with Pwr off) there is a board there and it has a water (Flood sensor) on it make sure it is dry this is what the Fault code is

Have you checked whether you are getting the water supply to the dishwasher. Check if there is no kink in the water hose.
If no problem with water supply then check the water pressure rating is OK for the dishwasher.

"U1 error code" means the unit has failed to prime with water within 3 minutes. Its taking longer than expected to fill with water. Check the fill valve,it might be due to water supply problem, or the spray arm might not be in the exact position place.Check the above to fix this error code.
Thank you !!

The good thing is that you have a double drawer which means you have somethnng to continue cleaning dishes while you are fixing the other drawer and if necessary, you have a set of spares to try out as part of fault finding. That is the positive side but now let us get to the negative side.
Once the fork got dropped it is likely it has locked the wash arm and put strain on the rotor that runs the arm during wash cycle. The same rotor runs the drain pump. Not sure which "sensor" the technician was talking about. Yes there is a hall sensor in the motor assembly in the base of the drawer but that is there to check if the rotor is running at the right speed. However, I am a bit unclear why F1 error showed up when the arm stopped. The lid seal should have prevented any water from getting in. I have feeling the inlet hose or drain hose might be leaking as well.
Are you game enough to remove the rotor from the top drawer and replace the bottom one and try the dishwasher? U1 error is linked to water not getting through the inlet valve. Nothing to do with drain. I hope you did not have the inlet tap turned off that time.
Always make sure you have the mains power to dishwasher turned off when working in it.

If the washer won't fill you'll need to check for the water
inlet hose, the water inlet valve and the pressure/water level switch assembly.
Inspect the inlet hose coming to the washer for any blockages. If the hose is
not clogged then check the water inlet valve for any clogs, if the water will
not even fill for few seconds then certainly the water inlet valve is bad and
should be replaced. You can also use a multimeter to check continuity on inlet
valve. If you don't get any value on the multimeter then you'll need to replace
the water inlet valve assembly. However, if the valve is fine then the
pressure/water level switch assembly should be replaced. Hope this helps...

Welcome to FixYa
FH error code is displayed when the control detects no water entering the machine. To clear this error press and hold the PAUSE/CANCEL button twice. You can then check if the water inlet valve is fine and not clogged with foreign particles, try to clean it. If the water inlet valve appears to be fine then check if the pressure switch hose is properly connected to the pressure switch & tub. Please get back to me if you have any questions.
