Question about Dimplex Heating & Cooling
Maryanne, the first thing to try is turning the Master ON/OFF switch to OFF. Unplug the unit and allow it to remain unplugged for 10 - 12 minutes. Generally, that's enough time for the unit to reset itself. Plug the unit back in and turn on the Mater On/OFF switch and then proceed as you normally do.
If that solves the problem great! If it becomes a recurring problem, turn the fireplace off, unplug it and call Dimplex USA Technical Service 888-346-7539.
Hope this helps to solve your problem. Please let me know.
