Hi.am using my redsail cutter plotter for 1yr and 2mos.(brand new purchased).since then am encountering difficulties in using it.the cuter is on as normal.but if you will start to operate it.,the cxutter is not moving ,the red led will become in green blinking color.what should i do.pls help....the reply(s)is highly appreciated

try changing the av channel or if you are using a scart lead try taking out the three leads red yellow and white and put them in the front or side of the tv if you have this access.

This usually is solved by removing and reinstalling the ink cartridges...make sure the electrical contacts are clean (use a dry paper towel) on both the print cartridge and the carriage.

If the error still happens then the carriage or trailing cable are bad and will need replaced.

Take out the magenta cartridge to the right upper indside wall of the printer you should be able to see a small rectangular window, give it a blow of wipe with a cloth, do the same to the corresponding part of the m toner, put the drum and toner back, shut the lid and everything should be ok. If not contact oki for a replacement drum/cart.

sounds like your tv in shut down mode why lamp needs 2 be replaced nominal cost 120 200$
