Question about Canon PIXMA MP210 Photo All-In-One Printer
Thers a sensor on the right hand side of the printer uder the metal bar. You will find that the actuator arm is up causing it to be on causing an E3 error. If you carefully push a flexable ruler from the top you can usually dislodge any foreign objects in the paper feed dont try to get it from the front you ll break the sensor arm rendering your printer useless

SOURCE: CANNON MP210 e3 SHOWING BUT
I think it is not loading paper correctly. May be something struck in the way of roller. Or may be due to insufficient paper.
Another reason may be cover not closed completely.
Let me know if you need further assistance.
