THE COMPRESSOR IS RUNNING CONTINOUSLY WITH OUT CUTTING, NOT COLD INSIDE

possibility of such damages caused by the leakage of freon, so the results are no cold, and devices such as Thermostat for temperature control does not work because there is no cold. there is no automatic breaker which functions to stop the operation of the compressor. or Timer is also damaged. timer function is to stop the compressor periodically.

The air compressor continously bleeds out air from the area near the on/off switch. Any ideas of what is wrong with it or where to look for the problem?

If the side of the on off switch has a copper tube going to it it could be that the unloader valve is leaking continuously. Spray some wd 40 on it. Or the unloader may need to be adjusted. There should be two small jam nuts holding the unloader to the pressure switch. Loosen these nuts and shift the unloader away from the lever. Re tighten the jam nuts.

I want to program the fan to run continously

I don't see this as a 'programable' feature.

The unit is designed for the fan to run anytime the compressor runs and if you just want the fan to run all the time (without the compressor) just switch it to the 'fan/fan only' position.

So-low freezer try to start, but stops after a second

. Cut everything off for a few minutes then turn it back on and listen for a click from the compressor relay as the compressor tries to start.
Is the compressor motor running. If no check starter/overload relay.
