Replaced the printer carridg and now the printer cannot communicate with the cartridge.

Did you installed the cartridge properly? Did you remove the protective cover from the cartridge head?
If these things are OK then reply with the model no. of your printer.

the toner carridge is stightly out of rotation, if you manually turn the carridge 2 notches this will reset itself when you close the cover.

It’s a carriage jam, the carriage is plastic or metal that hold the cartridges and move from side to side to print ,try to move the carriage and see if it’s stuck or not

hey generaly if you dont have any one of that two cartridge then it wont allow you to pring so you need both cartridge in their position
but it is not necessary that both cartridge will be in working condition
so if you want only black and white prints you just need black cartridge in working condition and one colour cartridge in its position even if its empty then also it works but if you dont put colour cartridge in printer it wont allow you to print through black also

hi check your cartridge number are ok , clean the pin points of the cartridge and carridge pins of the printer if not works , try another cartridge if not works than may be carridge faulty , carridge data cable faulty, or logic card of the printer go to your service center or any repairing shop .

Here write 4 step you do it step by step

1. remove safaty strip from the cartridge
2. clean carridge block contact with soft cloth
3. replace cartridge for short
4. replace carridge block

make sure you have correct ink cartridge in your hand.
try to clean the cartridge contact points and carridge contact points.
