I am having problems making calls wih my Nokia C3. I am unable to hear the other person as they are either breaking up or all I can hear is some kind of fuzzy sound. I don't think this is anything to do with signal as I am able to receive text messages and my phone claims my signal is excellent. Does it sound like my phone has a fault? Shona Stevens

problem is still there after confirmation of message centre number.
I think the only solution for this problem is to reinstall the software coz this particular problem in N73 is a common one. So am also about to reinstall the software.

Mine also did this. It only does this when you do not have signal. If you do have signal and it still does this you just need to call ATT and confirm it with them. They ended up sending me a new one that has better software on it for free.
