Question about HP LaserJet P2015 Printer
If a computer is trying to send a print job, a no paper situation will make the printer think the paper jammed when it tried to pick it up.
Put at least one piece of paper in the tray.
If a page comes out, determine what computer is generating it, and kill the print job at the computer.
Then turn the printer back on and see if the error is gone.
Easier test - disconnect everything but power from the printer. have at least 1 sheet of paper in the tray. Power it up. If everything is normal, you need to track down the machine on the network that's trying to send a print job.
