Question about Dell Dimension 5100 (D51L1) PC Desktop
Unscrew what ever screws are holding it in place and open up the cd drive manually. if it is a laptop cd drive, there should only be a few screw on the cd drive itself befor you can retrieve your disc.
normally located on the top and sides. be warned the opening up the cd drive that way will void the warenty. and i cant be held responsible if it brakes or gets damaged in the process.
