I am assuming you mean Microsoft Office 2003? This software package was probably preinstalled when you received the system, correct? If so did you order the software when you ordered your system, or was it part of the original package?
If it was part of the original package, then it was probably a trial version, which means you need to purchase a product key from Microsoft in order to continue using the software beyond the trial period. You should have been given notifications that the software was about to expire, either when you signed onto the computer or when you opened an Office program. You will need to attempt to open one of the programs, then click on the provided link when the message appears.

The only issue you have is locating a new motherboard and making sure it works with the 5200 processor. There are literally 100's of motherboards that will do just that. INTEL, ASUS and even AMD make some to name a few manufacturers. Your best best is to look on their sites and locate the motherboard you like that meets your needs then look on dealer sites to locate the best price and have it shipped. Best buy, Office max, Tiger Direct are just a few of the stores that will ship the product and most have on-line live chat options so you can be sure. Make sure you match the RAM capability and Hard Drive connections to the products you currently have. For instance, if your current system uses DDR ram make sure the new board does as well.

I have cd but i lost a key Product Key Finder is a single function utility that executes in a GUI, but displays a Command window result. You merely double-click it to display the 25 character Microsoft Windows Product Key.
The publisher gives a URL for those who want a product that displays more keys. There are freeware tools on the market that already perform this function, and include multiple product keys. If you need a tool that only displays the OS key, then Product Key Finder is for you. It's accurate and free. Otherwise, there are other utilities in this genre that cover numerous registered programs. Product Key Finder is a free tool that will display the installed Windows Product Key and other important Windows system information. Product Key Finder works with the following Windows operating systems (2000, 2003, XP, Vista, 2008, 7), 32-bit and 64-bit. You will be able to save all product keys to a text or an xml file. Product Key Finder is great if you ever need to find out your product key for Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office and a number of other products. Windows does not provide a way to view the installed product key. If you have lost your key or the registration card that it is printed on, you are out of luck. Re-installing Windows requires you to have the original product key. You are even able to change your Windows product key instantly without having to re-install.

if these do not work for you there are many freeware keyfinders at

Microsoft Office is not a free product. If you want a free Microsoft Office compatible program then I suggest you download Open Office.
OPEN OFFICE is a full-featured office suite that's compatiblewith Microsoft Office. Click on this link to download Open Office :-

Do not have disc. can it be installed on computer?

I want to be sure what "it" is. If it is a new motherboard and you are missing the motherboard driver and utility CD, yes. You would need to go to the motherboard manufacturer's website to download chip driver programs for everything to work properly, especially sound and graphics options. In the worst case, you would have to download to a different computer, copy the files to a CD-R or USB flash stick and use that for installation.

Note: if you are using Microsoft Windows XP or later, you will get a warning that you are using an unregistered copy of Windows which will expire in 30 days. That's because Microsoft matches its system copies with the electronic ID information in the motherboard as part of its anti-piracy program. You have to contact Microsoft by phone (the warning gives a toll-free number), and give them the serial number from your Certificate of Authentication so you can get a validation code to fix this.

If "it" is your operating system (for example, Microsoft Windows), the answer is No for Windows and Maybe for Linux. If your computer will boot from a USB device, you can install some versions of Linux from a flash memory stick.

Product key

You don't need "Vista key", you need a serial key for your version of Microsoft Office, whether it's XP, 2003 or 2007; running it on XP or Vista doesn't matter - you just use the key that came with your Microsoft Office Package.

That being the case, I'm afraid this is all I can help you with. I am certain it's illegal from Microsoft's point of view to share your product keys, and probably from this site's as well. However, that doesn't stop you from trying or googling for one - if you will, and - for starters - you need to say which version of Microsoft Office you have. My hands are tied here.

Besides - if you lost your CD, how did you managed to install it in the first place?

Also, if your Product Key number would probably be displayed somewhere on the product's packaging [CD box?] or a manual.

If you can't find it - contact Microsoft Support on their website [] or Microsoft's offices in your country. They should /could be able to help you in that prospect.
